Growing in Gratitude

While Idlewild lives into a new season, seeds planted faithfully over the last few years have begun to bear healthy fruit. In countless ways, the Spirit of God has been hard at work in our midst, and for that, we are deeply grateful!

As we look with hope to the year ahead and as we dream together about what God will author, we find ourselves at an important moment in the history of Idlewild where your decision to commit generously to God’s ministry through our church is more necessary than ever. We need everyone who calls Idlewild home, who values her mission and presence in the community, to dedicate themselves to generously supporting the ministries of the church. Now, more than ever, your generosity will be critical in shaping our church’s future.

As leaders of Idlewild, we believe that God has given us all the resources necessary to do Spirit-inspired ministry, and we firmly believe that our membership will answer the call to Grow in Gratitude

Your commitment enables us to financially plan for the year ahead.  Commitment Sunday is on October 29. We ask that you bring your Growing in Gratitude commitment card with you that day (or pick one up in the pews).

You can also commit online. You will not be asked to connect a credit card at this step. You can still commit online even if you plan to give a physical check or cash on Sundays.

If you plan to fulfill your commitment online, you will do so here. You will be given two options:

  1. Give a one-time payment now, or schedule one for the future.
  2. Schedule a payment to give weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly.

If you need any assistance or have a question, please call Amanda Kohr at 901-259-4352 or email her at stewardship@idlewildchurch.org.
