Our newly renovated prayer room is available to anyone in need of a quiet space to contemplate, meditate, read, and pray.
To get there, walk down the sanctuary building hall past the Parlor and Bride’s Room.
Unless your prayer request is confidential, we encourage you to submit your prayer request to our Community Prayer Ministry. Your prayer request will then be submitted to our prayer partners who will pray for your requests with compassion for the individual or situation.
If your prayer request is for a specific individual,
we will send them a note letting them know someone has prayed for them.

The mission of the Community Prayer Ministry is to connect members of the Idlewild community to Christ, one another, the greater Memphis community, the country, and the world through prayer. All are welcome and encouraged to join this Diaconate-led group of community members.
