Young Adult Women’s Retreat - Nov 8-10

Join us for a weekend of fellowship, reflection, and relaxation as we spend time together in the beautiful lake home of Andi & Chick Hill at Pickwick. Our theme this year is Esther: Her Story, Our Story, and Claiming Our Voices as Women. Along with time for study and conversation, we will also have plenty of free time for walks in the woods, a boat ride, yoga, and whatever else you need to do in your time away.

We will depart from Idlewild on Friday, Nov. 8 at 5:00 p.m., and return on Sunday, Nov. 10 about midday. Pickwick is about 2 hours from Memphis.

Cost: $40 until October 13; $50 after that. Cost covers all meals and activities. However, please do not let cost be a hindrance! Scholarships are available. Contact Elizabeth Doolin at for information on scholarships.

Register now in Realm.

What to bring: comfy clothes, journal, Bible (electronic is fine), and your beverage of choice. Sheets, blankets, towels and pillows provided.

Our Adopt-A-School program serves children and teachers at a neighborhood public school, Idlewild Elementary. Members tutor students in reading and math, mentor those who need a little more direction, or read to kindergarten classes. Contact Amanda Ray  at 901-490-6832 or
