Rita Halpern
Rita is the Idlewild Children's Center Director. She's an Idlewild veteran of twenty six years. Prior to that she was at the Bodine School. She has received degrees from Union and the University of Memphis.
Rita says, "Idlewild has always been a generational church, but it is great the way new families are creating new 'generations' for our future. For instance in the Children’s Center we now have children of 'our children' enrolled and more and more of our church families utilizing the Center."
Rita is also an avid fan of the arts.
